Baldwin Living HomeServe aims to provide a supported living environment within your home settings and promote wellness and independence for all consumers.
With the introduction of Consumer Directed Care (CDC) by the Federal Government, the decision about how funding is spent for care at home is given to the individual. Under CDC, people now have more choice on how their care is delivered and their funding is allocated.
Baldwin Living HomeServe, being an approved provider, is set up to provide you assistance in understanding the range of choices available and to help you in making informed decisions about the kind of care you can receive and how funding is spent.
The program aims to provide long-term support where you get to choose the services and support that will make a difference to your life.
There are four levels of Home Care Packages for different levels of care and support needs:
- Level 1 for basic care needs
- Level 2 for low-level care needs
- Level 3 for intermediate care needs
- Level 4 for high-level care needs

Our home care services are suitable for people of all ages and abilities who would like to receive extra support to get the most out of life.
No matter what type or level of support you require, we are committed to maximising your wellbeing and independence. Our customised solutions are driven by you, for you.
